The service department is the best! Excellent communication, respectful, thorough, and they will work with you on the phone to determine even if it is safe to drive your car in (!) or to have it towed in, to arranging for you to be where you have to be, and then taking awesome care of your car. The Mini Service Department was able to provide more info on the phone than most people can or will provide in person.
