Very friendly staff and kept clean in the waiting area with lots of snacks and drinks to choose from! Was very shocked that they washed and vacuum the car when they where done! Love the place and we will continue to return for more service!
Went in this past weekend to test drive, as I have always wanted a Mini, but never actually drove one. Had a wonderful experience, literally the best car buying experience of my life & drove home with my dream car!
Had a very good experience at Mini of Louisville. Liz was great and explained all tech in vehicle and I actually understood it! The guy at the front desk has a very high tech intercom system,make sure to ask for demo, you won't regret it 😋Joe the Finance Guru was hilarious and he better keep an eye on that watch, the hubby is still talking about it!
