So far so good here. We bought a new Mini yesterday and had a very pleasant and drama free transaction. Much of the work was accomplished via email through the week and we drove up from the Nashville TN area to get our Mini.....2.5 hours in, we were out and enjoying the new car. I have been servicing my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S at this dealership for the past 5 to 6 years and have always been pleased with the service and attention that they have taken with my Vehicle both before and after my warranty expired. Last week, I had to have my Turbo replaced which cost me $3300, but the care moves better than it ever has. I trust I can find a Mini Dealership near Killeen TX where I am moving to that can match their service.

MINI of Louisville does very good service work. My only issue is I live 2-3 hours from them or any other MINI dealership.
I recently purchased a brand new 2016 4 door Mini Cooper! Rich Wiatrowski helped me through the complete process from the beginning to end.
