"Purchased a new MINI" Clean and friendly. Large selection of cars. Salesman Zack Gerber was patient, friendly, knowledgeable. Took his time to explain everything fully to us and answer all our questions.
"My mini had an oil change . A service review. " The service time was what I was told . Mini was washed including the windows on the inside! I have read a couple of unfavorable reviews but since this is the closest dealer to me I choose to use it . I have not felt the need to write anything unfavorable. During the past 4 years or so I’ve been advised of some work which should be done but the costs quoted were prohibitive.
"Mainline mini service" Mainline mini service I had a flat tire and the weather was torrential down pour‘s. Mainline mini fit me in and fixed my tire so that I felt safe to drive home.
"Best costumer service. " It always a great day when I take my car to mini at the main line. They are always so nice and helpful. It’s hard to say that about car dealerships. If you are going to buy a mini, this is the place to buy and get service done.
"Awesome experience " Mini of main line was our dealer and our sales person was Jackie Brown who was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the mini models. She was very friendly and easy to work with and made the buying experience very enjoyable. Jonathan handled the financing and also made the experience quick and painless, he offered options in an informative way and was not pushy. Overall I rate the buying experience 5 stars all the way around.

"An Offer I Couldn’t Refuse" I walked into the Mini dealer in Bala to ask a question and walked out with a brand new Mini Cooper S, very unexpected. The whole team, Darius, Aaron and Jonathan couldn’t be more caring, professional and knowledgeable and bent over backwards to offer me me an amazing deal I couldn’t refuse! I am one very happy customer! Thank you guys!
"Service manager Michele holwood mini of the mainline" Michele holwood is exceptional thoughtful thorough and extraordinarily patient. She explains the situation and the options.
