"Outstanding Customer Service " Took my 1918- 4 door hard top Mini for inspection. I was greeted by Michele M Holeood at the service desk. This is my second Mini from Euro Motors. I feel good when I see that Michele is at the service desk as I know my experience will be handled by a knowledgeable representative. She always appears well groomed and is professional . "Michele I’m Customer Service " Michele Holwood in the Customer Service department is wonderful, an exceptional customer service professional. She s warm, conscientious and has excellent follow-up. As an aside, why is it that only male employees are listed below on this survey, in the section asking “employees you worked with”?
"Amazing CPO experience " As an out of state buyer, I was able to complete all my paperwork work via email ahead of time, including my trade-in. The car was exactly as described and in incredible condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership and employees.
"Comfort and courtesy" The service and courtesy always exceeds. Michele Holwood is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Detriment is computer system in cars that cannot pinpoint issues but causes customer to have to pay for diagnosis even when there is no problem, just a sensor or computer update needed.
"Best dealership I’ve dealt with in the last 35 years. " I’m currently on my second mini since 2007. I’ve never experienced a better dealer. Can’t say enough good things about Mini of the Mainline!
"New Mini Purchase " I came in to buy my Mini of the Main Line to purchase a Mini Cooper Countryman. Darius Tuller worked with me. He was knowledgeable, transparent, prompt, patient and most of all PATIENT! He talked to me, did not pressure me and made my car buying experience a great one. Simply a good guy and a great asset to Mini of the Main Line. I wish I could know him on a more personal level!
"A place like home" Service was prompt. I went in and out in less than an hour! Way to go Mainline! This is the only place that "gets it". No long waits and no hassles. Did I mention free coffee? Lol.
"Flat tire replacement" Excellent service by the MINI of the Main Line team, especially Michele Hollwood at the Service Desk! The tire replacement was completed a full day sooner than expected. And thanks for the loaner Clubman — that was a huge help through the weekend with house guests.
