"Nice People, Good service" My service advisor Michelle was terrific kept me posted on repairs, arranged a loaner, etc. repairs are pricey as with any dealership but this is high quality work. Looked at some used cars while there and the Sales guy was also very helpful, no high pressure.
"Awesome service" Was on the road after standard scheduled service from another dealership and angry danger light came on the dash. Brought vehicle in and Sam took care of me right away! Thank you Sam and Main Line!

"Professional, courteous and attentive " I felt I was in good hands the moment I stepped into the service enterance. Michele was very personable and professional. I waited for my car and the text message asking if I needed anything during my wait was reassuring. My waiting time for my vehicle was about 2 1/2 hours. I explored the surrounding area and was called when my car was ready. Tamar checked me out quickly and I was good to go. I was very pleased and look forward to my next Mini tuneup.
