The under car—splash guard needed to be replaced.. The service to repair my detached under car splash guard performed on my car was quick. The service representative was very professional, nice, and efficient.

Oil level sensor Karina was able to schedule an appointment within two days, and another one in the afternoon, something that I’ve never seen in a dealership in my area. From the beginning she was friendly, patient, helpful, and able to answer questions about the car and the warranty and was able to complete the repair and accommodate my ever-changing schedule. I’ve driven 2347 miles with no trouble from the new part.

Excellent service I bought my certified BMW here last year and got the extended warranty. in less than a year, I have had to take the car in twice to fix minor issues and only spent $50 out of pocket to fix the issues. Service is great and I love the new facility.
