BMW of El Paso 750Li Our salesman was very outgoing and proactive. Unfortunately the finance department was dragging their feet. I was already pre approved before getting there and it took the finance department over 6 hours to process my paperwork. We waited and waited for hours.
State Inspection The techs helped me through a difficult process with a non-BMW car. They showed interest and empathy in trying to help. The techs rock it!
Awesome Service Judy was my service advisor and she did a great job. I was in and out in less than 20 min with a loaner. She notified me when it was ready to be picked up. I arrived and got back in my car in even less time with everything that needed to be done, done! PS Might look into buying another one because the ride was so smooth on the loaner.
Amazing service - quick, easy, straight to the poi I found a used Acura online and worked with Anais and Jorge to put the deal together. I live in Ohio and they were MORE than willing to do anything it took to get the deal done especially from half way across the country. I was beyond satisfied with their ability to make things happen. They weren't pushy or too over the top.
