"Always a positive experience" Although the trip to get maintenance on my Mini is a pain (I live in Silver Lake), I always make it a point to get my car serviced at this location. I'm always greeted with friendly faces and professionalism. Halton, Lino and Chris have all been great. They're very responsive and are always available to answer or my questions. I've had my Mini for 6 years and hope to keep it running for many more years.
"Convenient Service appointment " Was able to get a last minute appointment to service my car for regular maintenance. Staff is friendly and efficient. Love that my car gets washed too so it’s cleaner than when I dropped it off. The courtesy rental also allows me to stay on the go.

"Halton Martinez @ South Bay MINI is the best!" Halton is always friendly, patient and helpful when I bring in my Mini for service, I appreciate his advice and knowledge when discussing what needs to be done. I needed my brakes done, tail light housing replaced, a new tire and 4 tire alignment. It was all done by the next day. Free loaner was a convertible MINI Cooper which was fun. Everything was ready for me, no waiting, when I came to pick up my car. Great experience!
"GREAT SERVICE ::)!" My favorite Service Tech, Lino Serrano was unavailable and Halton was GREAT in his place! I had to have my front breaks and rotors replaced and it was done quickly and I truly appreciated Halton and his thoroughness and efficiency!
