"Great service as always!" Another great service from South Bay Mini, and Service advisor Mr. Lino Serrano My Mini Clubman is 2013 but still running as brand new thanks to my Servise advisor. "Really good customer service." Mo and Lino were terrific, and receiving a personal thank you from the owner was a very nice personal touch. I would highly recommend South Bay Mini for a pleasant car buying experience.
"It was good" Very good service except that I made the appointment with Lino and when arrived Saturday my appointment didn't show in their system. Also Lino told me I could wait and Saturday took from 8 until 4 PM to get my car. I got a loaner, but ruined my Saturday plan because I had to pick.up my car so late
"Great service. Thank you, Lino!" I had a Check Engine Light came on at about 12,000 miles on my Countryman, so I took it to Lino to get check up. It turned out that the car had no issue, so they just cleared the code and the light went off. The has been running fine since it came back, and I am satisfied with their service. He even had arranged a loaner car while mine was in service!
"Mr Lino is super awesome!" Mr Lino is a super awesome maintenance service technician. He has been servicing my car since I got it. He is very kind, very helpful and technical expertise. His service is very fast and he is honest to tell you what is going with the car and advice how to care. Thank you very much
"Car for service and bulb replacement " I always have great service when I come there . I will only have my car serviced by Mr. Serrano , because I definitely can trust him and he makes sure the car and running great when it’s finished.
"Scheduled mini service" The service was friendly, quick and efficient. The wait time was reasonable. I received prompt updates and answers to my questions. Halton is always helpful and professional! Although, not related car service, the loaner car process was good.
"Great service at South Bay Mini" Lino took care of everything and got me back into my Clubman in short order. I very highly recommend South Bay Mini for any service your car may require
"Amazing Service " This dealership has the best customer service, I took my car in and Halton was my service advisor, he took care of me even though I showed up 3 hours before my appointment. He was courteous and had my car ready the next day.
