"Customer Support." The customer care I received upon my visit; to include the valet, consult with Limo, services provided at the Enterprise desk, and check out upon return of my car was most courteous, friendly, and professional. "Service for 2017 Mini" South Bay Mini was very understanding of the problem I had with the rear brakes of my 2017 Mini Hardtop. My service advisor, Helton, did an outstanding job of keeping me up dated on the progress of my vehicle. The dealership also help with providing me with a loaner vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with service I received from South Bay Mini.
