I bought my Clubman S used about 3 years ago at a local dealer. I went to MINI of Charleston to purchase an addtional key and met Stuart Kestenbaum. He took the time to scan my MINI and discover a recall that had not yet been performed, and scheduled me for it. Greatest service and hospitality ever!
Have made only one visit so far to service my '07 S. The service and the staff were first rate based on my extensive experience of having owned some 37 different vehicles. Even though it's a 2.5hr trip each way, I'm going back to have routine service done. Great dealer.
These guys are professional, attentive, detailed and fun! I actually look forward to my service visits! They fixed an annoying problem and made me a happy owner!
