Within our records, there was never a formal lawsuit on file but rather a letter of representation from an attorney demanding a cash payout. An insurance claim was set up to respond to the allegations of faulty repair work. The claim was denied and there has been no further prosecution.
Apparently Mini's aren't for everyone! Not even a customer that drove out in the middle of a pandemic with check in hand. Thanks Seth!

Brought a car on Wednesday and it was towed back on a Thursday and kept it for about a week and when we told them we were unsatisfied with the car and we wanted to possibly trade vehicles the told us that if we traded after 1 day ( not even a full day) we'd loose about $4000+ in trade in needless to say we didn't do that. they kept giving us the run around .at the end of the day we had to end up keeping the car and we haven't heard from them since.
I leased a car from them almost four years ago when I was breezing through. I live in Virginia and the non stop emails from them keep coming. I have opted OUT a million times, but they keep coming.... for 4 years!
Bought a car from them last year. Have had no issues with them until our last visit. Kelly murchie, at the service check in was extremely rude and very argumentative. Will be giving them one more chance and if we are not treated better we will be headed to the Jacksonville location. The people on the phone have been very nice.
I went to MINI of Charleston to get a routine oil change. Now, MINI usually does a courtesy wash which is fine. However, they wiped the interior of my windshield with a wet towel and didn't bother to dry it so it dried very streaky. I didn't really notice as I normally drive in the morning when its still dark.
