Worst Customer Service Ever. Mini let us return a leased vehicle a year early by mistake. Not one manager or service person caught the mistaken date. We had at least three appointments for lease termination inspections and maintenance last month letting them know they were in preparation for returning the car. Now we are on the hook for a year of payments and we already bought a new car. The car is in excellent condition and easy to sell or re-lease. Took my mini in for service, $500 later, it still has not been repaired properly. It seems that the service department knows how to clear the check engine lights, but has trouble actually repairing the source of the fault. Very disappointed in my experiences here.
