Best Car Buying Experience My wife and I came into BMW not intending to buy a car-we had just bought a brand new Ford Explorer 4 months ago. After looking at the cars we met Alex Fletcher and he was so impressive. He represented the BMW experience at its best-so knowledgeable and such a nice way about him. He is a big part of why we decided to buy the BMW X5-had he been pushy or tried to "sell" us the car we most likely would have walked away.
