great service Had reoccurring problem with trunk latch during certain freezing weather conditions. CK had noted the problem but it never happened when I brought the car back for service. This time when it happened I immediately brought the car up for CK to look at and he without hesitation took it in and had it repaired as the tech was able to recognize the problem. Loaner car was provided so I had no interruption in my planned appointments for the day. Good job CK
