The 'Anti Dealer' Car buying experience It was the best car buying experience I ever had...an 'anti-car dealer experience'. I liked the relaxed environment. Luigi was very attentive to both me, and my family. We did a lot of the work by email and were able to match my configuration to an in-stock Clubman. Great service The advisor at the service desk was friendly and helpful. Though I waited (I was prepared to do so), the waiting space is very comfortable.
Servicing my vehicle Matt is super easy to work with. He was Kind, intelligent, patient and understanding. He really went out of his way to help me with my Mini. Everyone in the show room was smiling and approachable. Easy to talk to and knowledgable. Matt was the best.
