The service was very good but due this period of Covid-19 (Omicron) only one service representative was were a mask. A poor concern for customers I feel.
No issues scheduling appointment, drop off and pickup 👍 Great customer, front desk and service. Provided videos as vehicle was being serviced.
Carlton, our salesperson, was very professional and very helpful. He found us a BMW that met our needs and was very patient with my questions. His non-pushy a roach made buying a pleasure.
