Jitendra Patel helped me build my new 2022 BMW X-5. He was a pleasure to work with! I found him to be very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Of course, I need more training to understand this incredible vehicle. When I picked it up, I had an appointment I had to leave for before we were able to go over a lot of the features. I was able to get a loner car that I was able to get other things on my list done with my schedule for that day. Mr. Richard was very nice and showed courtesy through every step to getting the best service for my car. He is phenomenal and a wonderful person. He is a great assess to your dealership.
