"Abe Powell and the people at the new car BMW showroom..." Abe Powell and the people at the new car BMW showroom were great. No issues or complaints. However I do question the ethics of the used car mgr dealing with trade in values. He searches for reasons to reduce trade in value just enough to offset sales tax forcing the new car buyer to take a lower than market value for the trade in. New car dealership good except for getting fair value on trade.
