"brake flush and "lane crossing" non-work alert repaired" Beth, my service manager, kept analyzing my insurance plan and saw that my particular malfunction was, indeed, covered - which meant I did not have a deductible to pay...always a good thing with BMW's. (This GT is my third BMW..second one bought at Tom Bush.) In addition, the complementary car wash and interior cleaning was the most thorough EVER!

As a relatively young fellow he made a great transition in dealing with an old couple, my wife and me. Good sense of humor too just at the right times.
