"wanted new safety and tech features" Chuck Hollis could not have been more friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me find the car that met my wants and requirements. He must have spent a total of 4 hours with me before and after the signing, and helped set up the tech features to my liking (and understanding!). The business office manager was clear with all her paperwork I had to sign.
"some experience. Rich is fantastic" Rich was waiting on me for my 7:40 AM appointment and I was early. I informed Rich of some new concerns upon arrival and he immediately input them in the system. My loaner was ready to go and my service call was completed ahead of schedule. Great experience as always ! Thank you Rich
"What you would expect from BMW" What you expect from BMW. I now own my 3rd BMW ( BMW X5) and I have always had a very good experience with BMW. Richard Berry goes out of his way to help and give an honest assessment of what work needs to done .
"Service " Had an emergency, needed a new battery. I hade no appointment. Your supervisor Arson Naumenko took care of it and in less than an hour I hade a new battery.. He did a super job. You can be very proud having Arsen on your team!!! Magnus Lindeback
"Great service" The entire experience was great. Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful. Would be back again for service and maybe sales too. We'll see.
"Service was excellent " Everything was well explained . I had four new tires and battery replaced. I also had an inspection and oil change. I left the car overnight and was texted when it was ready and picked it up.
"Recall repair" Scheduled repair of BMW recall. Extremely friendly and helpful service advisor (Kristie). Very quick and efficient. Third time at this dealer for service and every time was a pleasure.
"Great service on vehicle" Took my vehicle for regular maintenance. I required a loaner based upon my work obligations. They were very efficient with the loaner set up and completion of work on my vehicle. Kudos to Arsen Naumenko and the technicians for a job well done.
"Oil change and recall repair" Efficient service; didn’t have to wait too long; and was checked in and out quickly. My service rep, Rianna, was efficient at getting me in and out quickly.
