"Getting Car Serviced" I had an issue with my vehicle and was assigned to Kristie Roderick. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had to bring my 1 year old along with me and there weren't any Loaner Cars available so Kristie was able to get us in the conference room so that my daughter would have space to move around and not get restless while she tracked down a loaner for me. "Purchase new vehicle" Excellent experience with everyone involved in the purchase of my new MB car. Jackie was outstanding to work with. She was professional and knowledgeable. Guided me through the process of selecting the right car for me. I am a three time BMW owner and knew I would move to MB a few minutes after walking into the dealership and working with Jackie. One thing that really stood out with Jackie, and everyone else at the dealership, was her approach to me. I felt my busienrss was highly valued.

"Oil change plus" No complaints other than I had to wait 2+ hours @ dealerships as they seem to have changed their loaner car policy. If your service is estimated to take less than 2 hours bring something to do.
"Great team!" Mark worked very hard to assist with trade and purchase of my 3rd Mini! It was a great experience, everyone that I have worked with at this dealership from sales, finance to service has always been friendly and professional.
"BMW recall issues" Brought car in for recall issues- was told might take 2 days- told Arsen I could not come back, didn’t have time and live in Amelia Island, so he made sure it was done by 5 that day. Only issue was having to go to Enterprise for rental car-took extra time & assumed Bush dealer would furnish loaner, but Enterprise was great!my son is getting married next weekend so it’s a very busy time for me, & Arsen was great!
