Smooth transaction, no gimmicks like with other dealerships. They gave me fair value for my trade-in. I prefer to drive manual transmission, they didn't have the vehicle in stock, they promptly special ordered the vehicle and gave me an excellent price, no up-charges.

I was recently looking for a new car and figured I would check out BMW. I have leased a 2014 Mazda6 GT w/Tech from Tom Bush Mazda and have sent multiple friends to buy or lease cars from their other dealerships as well. After walking into the BMW dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager and then dealt with a Sales Representative to test drive a new BMW 535i. I recently bought a BMW i3 and the experience was just the same as the first time. Except all i have to say is "I want that i3 lets make it happen". AND IT HAPPENED.... I already know i will get the best deal because we did this tango before... Nothing but the best from Patel and Dan. They work with you not against you, they WANT you to have a great experience buying their vehicles. I just purchased a 2010 camero SS from Tom Bush BMW and I can say from the first phone call to the last word when i left the dealership was a great experience. I found my car on auto trader and found it was on Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville Fl and i live in Decatur Al 586 miles away.. I have always had a great experience with the Tom Bush sales and service team. I am on my 3rd car from the (2 Mini's and my 1st BMW). Dan S. was my BMW sales guy and he was great! I had always had a good sales experience. I am not a quick car buyer, so he was patient and very helpful throughout my 4 visits to the dealership. The service department went above and beyond in taking care of our service needs for my son's car that I purchased at Tom Bush. The used car manager, Robert Hudson was extremely helpful and met all the car's needs within a reasonable time frame. Overall, we were extremely please and highly recommend Tom Bush BMW's service department!
