When we walked through the door we were treated like prospective customers & not like we didn't belong there. The service was great & the cars were very reasonably priced. I originally thought I wanted a Mercedes but after the way we "handed off" & the looks of the cars there, we decided to stop at BMW on a whim. I worked with Barbara Beasley to buy a new 528. It was a great experience, more like being in a Starbucks than being at a car dealership. Even with my sons came in the showroom and explored every car in the room, the staff was patient and helpful. The price was fair and the service has been excellent.

Researched BMW cars for several months. Decided to go through USAA auto buying services to get a good price. The dealership that was listed as the certified dealership for use through the buying service, was located far north of Jacksonville in Savannah, Georgia. I shared what I believed to be an excellent deal to my salesman, Marcelo Sackel and the Tom Bush dealership.
