I am new to the Mini family... had a Fiat and wanted more out of my car. Went to Mini for my sister who also got a new Mini after trading in her first Mini for a brand new Coupe and I just decided to see if I could do anything. Paula and Rob both worked for me to get me the best deal and were always friendly and patient and in the end, I walked away with a new Mini Hardtop and I LOVE IT!! I am still currently having problems with my mini but there is not a negative thing I could say about the employees of Tom Bush Mini! They have been the most helpful bunch I have met. Very low pressure sales. They were all very helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed. Our salesman took his time and made sure we got what we wanted.
I had a very good experience with Tom Bush - with multiple visits demonstrating consistently good customer service. First, we used them for service on an existing BMW after we moved. They extended the rental car courtesy to us even though we hadn't purchased from them since we had just moved there and the service was a warranty service. I gave the rating as a 5 because the dealership was a 5 but there is some room for improvement. I am very critical when I come to my dealings with dealerships. I spoke with the manager and told him where I saw a problem with my getting out sooner than I did because of a paperwork snafu.
I found Mark pleasant and easy to work with. He spent a great deal of time with me regarding the digital indicators and controls - a matter I always find challenging. Mark even offered to drive 30 miles to my home to pick me up the morning I took delivery of the vehicle.
