Amazing customer service I took my car into Long Beach BMW to get service, my service advisor Miguel Rivera was awesome, he was friendly, very professional explained in detail what was going to be done, once the process got started it was fast and smooth, I would like to say thank you Miguel for his awesome customer service I look forward to seeing you again.

Good service, good service advisors While I haven't bought at car here, I have had several services done at Long Beach BMW. Are dealership service departments expensive? Yes. But local independent BMW shops are not as common around me as they once were. Plus, I think this dealership is price-conscious and customer-oriented and has worked with me to manage the cost of service. My service advisors--particularly Manny--have been great.
