BMW 540 I service at BMW Long Beach, CA Excellent and professional staffer. Service advisor listened carefully to the issues that I am having. The mechanic fixed every issue and car is running perfectly. Professionally cleaned the car after service before I took back possession . The facility is very clean and complies with COVID-19 requirements. The loaner car was very clean.

Amazing Experience I'm a first-time buyer. I didn't go in with the intension of buying anything just yet (I just wanted to talk numbers), but my experience here was really good that I walked out with the car I wanted. Hadi was my sales-representative. He was very amiable and approachable. He answered all my questions regarding different models and financing. Great Mini Service Team Great service team starts with the first person you meet, Anthony was an outstanding service advisor and the mechanic(s) that worked on my car are very honest and did great work. I took my Mini in because of a noise I thought was the timing chain assembly and it wasn't. They identified the noise/problem to determine and let me know what actually was the problem and fixed it.
