Happy customer Hands down, Edwin was the best salesperson I had in this shopping experience. We had been looking for a car for a while and looked into different dealerships with no luck. When we came to Long Beach BMW location we were given great customer service. What sold us? The great deal Edwin was able to pull out for us. He considered our requests and price point. Car Service Anthony Moore is such an amazing guy. He is always there to make your worries less stressful. He always has a great idea as to what needs to be done and makes a way to surpass all odds and provide positive results each and every time. I called him and explained what I was experiencing he said don?t worry let?s pick a day convenient for you so that I can rectify the problem. Long Beach BMW is Top Gear! A service light came on and I drove into the dealer without an appointment. Car was serviced quickly and efficiently, a recall part was replaced and the car was washed and ready when I returned after a matter of a few hours. The staff is professional, courteous and you can tell they care about their customers.

Service 16000 miles and replace front door strip The way my service advisor, Miguel Rivera , dealt with my problem of the torn front door weather strip, showed that people of service are knowledgeable and very active and very polite dealing kindly with customers.
