To have my lease inspected for maturity date. The service at Long Beach BMW is always first class. I have been a customer since 2002, I recently went in for my lease maturity inspection and leased another beautiful BMW. Quality Customer Service Dept. Care I drive 70 miles to come to LB BMW...reason, the best service reps in the business. In particular, Mr. Brian Woolverton provides superior customer support. The dealership provided a quality loaner, as the parts for my older X5 were not on hand. The parts were expedited over the weekend and my vehicle was ready, washed, and in first class condition. .Congrats to the mechanical technicians who keep my wheels rolling and operating perfectly.
