Long Beach BMW Review I've been to several BMW dealers recently and the customer service at Long Beach BMW is by far the best. I was hearing a loud rattling noise coming from the center console and when I brought my car to Santa Monica BMW the service tech completely ignored my complaint and said I "probably had to many items floating around in the center console". Great experience, definitely recommend ?? The entire purchase process, from viewing the inventory to the test drive to the negotiation of price and finally the finance was steam lined and painless. John Behr in sales did a great job of finding us a vehicle which met our needs and was more cost effective than we had anticipated. Would definitely go back and we have already recommended to our family and friends.
