Amazing Arther Smith and the young lady at the counter, (I don?t know her name, red hair) they were amazing! I brought my little dog and the girl was so good to him and my dog loved her. Art was so nice and professional. Friendly and prompt. Took care of my situation fast and my transaction was easy. I had two tires in my 5 series that I blew, and they didn?t have them in stock so I had to get a loaner till my car was done. And in 2 days, my car was ready. Art even washed it up for me. Tire Service Service was fast and easy. Excellent costumer service! I would recommend to anyone owning a BMW. The waiting area is very nice and relaxing. It would be nice if there were cell phone charging stations there. Would make it that much more convenience to still be able to conduct business as I wait. Over all Great Experience! A+A+A+

Long Beach BMW:one of the best service departments Art Smith in the service Dept of Long Beach BMW was awesome! The location in Long Beach is bright, airy, clean and quiet. I was able to finish up some work in the lounge while I waited for my car. They have bottled water and a coffee machine for your convenience. Highly recommend this place for service!
