Service Experience Always a pleasant experience having my car serviced at Long Beach BMW. Beautiful facility and the best coffee in the car business. The shuttle service was excellent and my car was ready on schedule.

Service for left turn signal Art was very helpful! He showed me the process and reassured everything will be finished by the end of the day. I was provided with coffee and water while I waited for the shuttle. Once my car was done Art texted me stating that I can get picked up if needed. 5 star customer service. He's great!

Mr. Parris My service Guy Brian was very helpful like usual plus I kept my loaner car a couple extra days because of Father's Day I was gone with the family. I came back and they were more than understanding with everything.

2013 535 AC trouble Dropped off my CPO car because the AC went out. They provided a loaner(with advance notice). Replaced the condenser $50 deductible. Everyone was helpful when I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon, they were very busy.

BMW 340GT a bit painful, still did not received my plate, I have traded my Nissan when purchasing the BMW and Nissan is chasing me for payment, so I will have to go again next Saturday to see if I can fix all the issues

328i Bmw Brake Fluid Service As soon as I arrived Roberto helped me right away. He had amazing customer service. He led me to James the Service Adviser. He too was also very helpful. He even followed up to with me to let me know my car was ready. This location never disappoints. Each time I am treated great by everyone of the staff members. Keep up the great work!
