Life Saver Brian W is the best! They call him BDUB. He took time to lisyen to my concerns and always given me honest advice. He took care of my car since I bought it and never had a problem with him. I will never take my car to another BMW service place except for Long Beach BMW. Brian always keeps me posted regarding my car. His communication with his costumers is awesome. It was worth the drive I leased my third BMW here and I think I got a hell of deal. I live in Santa Monica and there are many dealers in the area but I called around and Long Beach BMW had by far the best deal. When I met the salesperson (Ari) I knew that it was worth it to drive down. He is extremely humble and absolutely not pushy at all. By the time I finished deciding on the car it was close to 10 pm.
