BMW 2013 X3 repair Fantastic!! Replaced timing chain and oil chain as warranty item at no charge to me after insurance company denied claim. BMW did the right thing and protected their brand and kept my family safe. Hopefully all will be Ok now; if not I have confidence they will make it right again.

Long Beach BMW Had visited earlier and spoke with a salesman who wasn't there when we returned at a later time. The only available salesman was just leaving as his shift ended but without hesitation he, Luis, offered us assistance and stayed past closing time as Enrique, finance manager, completed the sale details. Both these gentlemen along with Sam were very professional and accommodating. Great experience.
