Helped in a bind I had a flat tire on my 5 series and the dealership did not have one in stock. I couldn't take a loaner as I was leaving on a trip early the next morning. They contacted another dealership and drove 30 minutes each way to pick up a tire to accommodate me. Service associate Bryan Morgan was terrific!

Great Service at Long Beach BMW Went there to get service on a certified preowned X3 that had a rattle in the hatchback area. The repair shop forman went with me to hear the rattle. He identified it and fixed it and now the car is quiet. I am very happy.
