Long Beach BMW (CA) Service Dealership provided a new 320i loaner (free, under service contract), and completed scheduled repairs within a few hours of dropping off the car. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment, or arranging a loaner car, and get my car back fixed and cleaned up. Service Agent Bryan Morgan has been courteous and efficient.
