Long Beach BMW Outstanding experience from the initial phone call, to the front door greeting and every encounter throughout. The employees and staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and competent. We are from the SF Bay Area. We had a flat en route to a cruise departing from Long Beach. We called the 800# and were assured the 'run flat' tire would make it to the cruise port in Long Beach in time. It did.
