Great Customer Service; Excellent Facilities Byron Jackson was my sales person and he was excellent. The experience buying my 5 series was the easiest and most exciting experience that I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Extremely Attentive Staff at Long Beach BMW On Monday, June 27, 2016, I turned in a 328i lease and drove off that afternoon in a 428i with a new three year lease. Ben Karim was superb in making sure all my needs were met. Plus the finance process was quick and before I knew it I was in my new sparkling clean car.
