Great service They accomodate me even though I did not have an appointment that Saturday. I was on my way back to San Diego after visiting my family in Long Beach.when my engine misfired and the whole car starts shaking. Even though I had no appointment that day I was entertained, given a rental car and I picked up my car on the day it was promised. Thank you BMW Long beach for a job well done...

Great Service Warning lights were appearing but the car drove fine. The dealership determined it was a sensor and promptly replaced it under warranty.
