M3, Baby! Dealt with A.B. (Ahmad Bhenat) to purchase my eagerly awaited M3. Got lucky with the allocation, so I was able to order my car, tailored to my options right away. From the test drive, to purchasing the car, and arranging transportation to San Jose (via Paredes Custom Transport Service), was pretty painless. Service and Sales I went in for repair services twice in one week as a result I had a loaner car and fell in love with a later model than I have, so I started thinking about purchasing a later model. I was not happy with the level of service from the sales department. This is the second time I have attempted to purchase a car from Long Beach BMW, the last time I went to a dealer in Orange County and it looks like I will be seeking out a different dealership again. Great service! I scheduled a service via phone. Dropped off my car at the appointed time and received my loaner in less than 20 minutes. Called me when it was ready. Returned the loaner and my car was washed, vacuumed and ready in less than 15 minutes.
