This review is specially for the Service Department....Honestly I was pleasantly surprise. I took my mini to be serviced yesterday morning and had an excellent experience. I felt the need to share my expereince to my fellow mini owners or those considering getting one. I was the first person to arrive and I was pressed for time and was assisted quickly. Phil Gibson communicated and explained in detail my mini needs. He was patient and thorough. It was such an easy experience and everyone was so friendly. I have been driving a mini cooper from nick alexander for over 5 years now and I have never had such great service. I was truly shocked and I look forward to bringing in my car for my next service.
I've leased two MINIs through Nick Alexander and my experiences there have been very positive. Friendly staff, thorough, high-quality repairs/service. With the new, dedicated Mini facility, the experience has gone up a notch. The dealership is quite a drive from where I live, downtown and south into Huntington Park, so my preference has always been to just wait there whenever possible. "Trade in" Never do business here for your trade in. It’s the biggest clown show I’ve seen in the industry. How do you possibly screw up payment to your customer at the completely wrong address? I know customer surveys impact your business. Have fun rectifying this one.
"Hassle Free" I hate buying cars so I put it off as long as possible. Finally after dealing with shady dealerships who would negotiate a price then try to slip an extra $1800 into the actual contract, I changed tactics. Instead of looking for the lowest price I went through YELP and found the highest rated MINI dealership (I read all the ratings including the not recommended ones). Bought my car here and have taken it for routine servicing over the past 4 years. the service manager and his staff are the reason I keep returning to Alexander.they dont try to sell you things you dont need like other dealerships.
Danny Kim was my salesperson. Although he was very nice, he lacked follow up. I asked him to call me the following day by noon to confirm the deal we discussed with his sales manager, Andres. He did not call the next day at all, nor did he call the day after. After I placed 2 calls to Danny (no response) I called Andres, the sales manager, who did finish my deal with alacrity.
