I bought my mini cooper last month and of course had a sales person willing to do anything to close a deal. We asked several times if there is anything wrong with the car since it was 2008 . Adrian our sales person assured us that everything is checked and passed all their test. We believed him since this was my second mini I get from Nick Alexander. Me and my husband purchased our first Mini in OCt 2011 and it has been a nightmare ever since never buy a mini from this place unless you like to buy a car and then get treated as thou "now we have your money and we just don't care" andres sales manager when we signed due bill we were to get stripes on car for free from mini motors the stripes we wanted were a $35 diff and instead of them excusing it for customer service he told me he would take off if I just wrote on this website great reviews however I felt like he wanted ... read more
Horrible! Underhanded deceiving staff. Horrible follow up, would never recommend again. They have no respect for return customers, just take them for granted. Not the right way to do business.
