Service of vehicle Prompt, courteous, efficient service. Very helpful and kind suggestions and clean and neat waiting area.
First Visit to Hendrick MINI I went to have a new key fob programmed. While there they also inspected the vehicle and suggested a few items to watch for future repair. Katlynn was great!
Inspection Great as usual. Don?t care for sports channel though and no remote to change it. No one watching it.

I love Hendrick MINI. Christmas is the worst time of year for car repairs. But I'm so glad I relied on the service team at Hendrick MINI. My 2013 Countryman now runs like it is brand new and the cost was much lower than expected. Add to that the absolutely best service advisor, Eric Snyder, who has an abundance of knowledge of MINIs from boot to bonnet. Buying my vehicle at Hendrick was the best decision I've ever made! Motor On!!

Great Experience Best experience I?ve ever had getting service at a dealership. Yes, prices are high, but the Service Advisor (Eric) didn?t pressure me at all or recommend services I didn?t need, and even talked me through what items should be done immediately, and what could wait. The video inspection is a brilliant idea?very helpful.
