Fantastic service experience Eric Synder was the Service Tech that helped me out. He was awesome; professional, knowledgable, and personable. Really fortunate to have a guy like him involved with my repairs. The rest of the staff were all very helpful, too. Super clean and comfortable facilities and waiting area.
Kaitlyn is AWESOME! Best mini service we have ever received! The customer service provided by Kaitlyn and her team was excellent! Not only did they call with updates every step of the way, but they provided a video for us to watch, explaining and showing the tire thread on our car! The BEST MINI Sales/Service Center in the US Every single person at Hendrick MINI is there to make your experience the best one you have ever had. sales Jonathan was knowledgeable and patient explaining the technology updates since my 2002 version of the Mini Cooper. He facilitated the tag transfer and made minor changes to the car as I requested. He treated me with respect and went "the extra mile" to be sure I had chosen the right car for me. The entire experience was positive- even the financing!
