Service Checkered Flag Mini always makes me feel Special and the customer service is superb. My car was being serviced and I was constantly updated on my vehicle and I received a courtesy vehicle which was fantastic! I would recommend Checkered Flag Mini to anyone.

Mini Frank and Daniel are very helpful. They explained everything that needed to be done to my car and gave me an accurate quote.
Satisfied Customer Service bay is comfortable. The service tech was personable. Loaner vehicle added value to the entire experience. I don't really get into inanimate objects, but I love my MINI. Thanks for taking good care of her.
Great Experience! Jonathan, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and laid back. I hate doing things like buying cars but he made it very painless. I told him what my budget was and he didn't try to talk me into anything above that. He answered my hundreds of questions very patiently and helped me find my perfect car. Finance also worked hard to get me a great rate. Thanks!

Checkered Flag Mini Dealership Virginia Beach, VA Daniel Davis kept me informed each day. He gave me specifics on what he found and how it would be resolved. He even gave me the worse case scenario so I wouldn't be surprised. He was very informative. He was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with.
