2005 Cooper S service visit Frank was very helpful and Brandon was especially helpful in showing my wife how the controls worked on the loaner.
Great Experience I was always warmly greeted and welcomed, no matter how many times I showed up. Christina was excellent in keeping in touch with me and answering my questions, and was very patient during the 4-month process during which I was deciding on a vehicle. I never felt pressured or coerced, which is very important to me when shopping for a vehicle.
Great experience Personal attention from professional personable staff. I also liked having my car washed and vacuumed! they honored my maintenance warranty and told me the extra things I was entitled too.

Great customer service I loved how a competing mr Daniel Davis was. I love how he did everything he could and even went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I also like how they washed and vacuumed my car as an added incentive.
