Countryman Your customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and focused on ensuring our visit was a pleasant experience. Frank kept us informed on the status of our car and was able to quickly provide us with a loaner car when our car required unplanned additional repairs.

Highly Recommended! just about everything (well except maybe the cost ;-) - I got in when I needed (I live out of town and so have to schedule appts on visits home) - my service tech was great! 2008 mini cooper Service Advisor Daniel Davis, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle on a regular basis and worked on the problem until the issue was resolved. Also listened to the exact problem I had, the final invoice reflected a fair total considering this was the second time for the same problem in less than 3 months.
