We brought our 2009 Mini 2 door hard top on not running. Turns out it needed a head. The repair was excessive due to labor. Instead they sourced a replacement engine for it greatly reducing the cost of getting it running again. The service manager, Carl, is amazing. Kept us updated through the whole process while dealing with our warranty company. We got the car back in running order literally saved us THOUSANDS by thinking outside the box.
