On a recent trip from the MidAtlantic up to Canada, my 2011 R57 started misfiring on a Friday afternoon, about an hour or so before every certified MINI mechanic in the region was closing up for the weekend. My first time bringing my Mini Countryman All4 (aka The Mean Green Driving Machine) for service. I bought it from a non-Mini dealer and I live a good 2 hours away. My Mini was more overdue for care than I knew. Carl in the service department was SO helpful, kind, and professional. My wife and I really needed to replace my old car, which was becoming pretty expensive to maintain. Really needed to upgrade my daily commuter to something I wanted to drive. Ryan Dwyer not only stepped up to the plate he worked amazingly hard to get me exactly what I wanted.
